The Model 250 consists of a controller, dispense syringes and accessories. It is used to automatically or manually apply low to high viscosity materials. It incorporates automatic four range timing to control volume, adjustable pressure to control flow rate and an independently adjustable vacuum pullback system to prevent dripping. The unit is easily interfaced with jigs, fixtures, and automated equipment.
Operation: In the automatic mode, when the operator actuates the foot switch, regulated air is supplied to the syringe for a precise preset time. At the end of the timed pulse an independently regulated vacuum is automatically applied to stop the dispense and prevent dripping. When in the manual mode, operation is the same except that the duration of the air pulse is controlled by the length of time the operator actuates the foot switch. 5, 10, and 30 cc disposable syringes are standard, however, other capacities are available.
The 250A variation is operationally identical to the Model 250 except that the unit is fitted with a high capacity, ultra low drip pressure regulating system. Equipment package options and specifications are the same as the Model 250.
The 250VP unit is a vacuum pencil for the 250 or 250A model.
